On May 5th I blogged about using a row marker as an incentive for making progress on my Big Black Socks. With inches and inches of black fabric it is easy to become discouraged. I realized that if I place a row marker at the top of my knitting at the beginning of the day then I could see how much knitting I was able to get done that day. I call it my Affirmation Marker.
Kim, from Socks for Soldiers, sent me a care package with a collection of row markers and stitch markers all in red, white and blue!! What fun!! Thanks, Kim and the artists who made these little treasures.
